Our commercial property team provides efficient and cost-effective advice on the key issues of acquisitions, sales and lettings of commercial properties, either by corporate vehicles or investors.

We act for property developers, investors, charities, landlords and tenants, and give advice on financing and taxation, particularly for clients based offshore.

Landlord and Tenant

We act for both commercial and residential landlords and tenants, and can advise on all related aspects of property ownership and management. Our team can liaise with managing agents and other advisers, providing help and guidance throughout. We can clarify the rights and duties of both landlords and tenants and our litigation team is on hand to assist in the event of any dispute.

Leasehold Enfranchisement

We will provide advice and assistance for either landlords or tenants in connection with the acquisition of a freehold or lease extensions. Previously we have acted for the occupiers of large blocks who have exercised their statutory rights of leasehold enfranchisement as well as for the owners of such properties.

Property Management

We are able to provide or source property management services for our clients, according to their needs and the nature of the properties involved, be they residential or commercial units or landed estates.

Residential Conveyancing

In order to provide a complete service to our clients and, where relevant their lenders, we offer expert and efficient residential conveyancing including sales and purchases of freehold and leasehold properties and unregistered land and buildings.

Where suitable, declarations of trust and other co-operation deeds can be prepared for co-owners by our trust department.
